SR QUALITY & RELIABILITY ENGINEER

The Senior Reliability & Testing Engineer is a key technical contributor responsible for executing reliability plans, conducting reliability testing, and performing data-driven reliability analysis across new product development programs.

Requirements

• Hands-on reliability execution experience
• Practical experience in reliability testing execution, reliability data collection and calculation, failure analysis and root cause identification
• Ability to translate test results into clear engineering conclusions and recommendations
• Develop and execute reliability test plans based on defined reliability strategies, customer requirements, and applicable standards
• Support staff-level engineers in reliability planning and risk assessment, selection of appropriate test methods, conditions, and sample sizes
• Participate in design reviews and reliability reviews by presenting test results and data analysis, highlighting reliability risks and observed failure modes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with management, stakeholders, cross-functional teams
