Job Description
Designs and implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; researches on products and processes to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
- Identifying new technologies and processes to increase efficiency
- Consulting on the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line
- Reviewing and updating manufacturing processes and policies as per compliance and industry standard
- Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection
- Establishing control charting of complex features and processes
- Monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability
