STAFF PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER

As a Staff Project Manager Engineer at TE Connectivity, you will lead end-to-end Product Development projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality project delivery. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and risk management, as well as stakeholder management and communication. You will work with senior leadership, product management, marketing, and sales teams, and be responsible for managing project capital, expenses, and resource expenditures. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the Toll Gate / Stage Gate process and experience in effective project management strategies and tactics. You will also have experience in stakeholder management, requirement management, and exposure to manufacturing processes. You will be a skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and be able to communicate globally at all levels internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 12-15 years of experience in engineering or master's with 10-12 years of experience
• 5-6 years of project management experience in industrial product/Hardware domain
• Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience
