Job Description
The Staff Project Manager Engineer will be responsible for managing project teams and driving project performance, resource planning, staffing, risk management, and communication. The role will focus on achieving OnāTime Delivery and meeting scope, schedule, and budget objectives across multiple strategic projects of high complexity and high risk.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated Project/Program Management experience in technology or Medical Device Manufacturing, working with internal and external customers.
- Level 8 degree in a related discipline.
- Formal project management training required; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with LEANPD, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and customers.
- Ability to lead local and global teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, collaboration tools, and database systems.
