STAFF QLTY & RELIABILITY ENGINEER

The Staff Reliability & Testing Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for all aspects of reliability engineering for automotive electronic or mechatronics products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in reliability engineering
• Deep expertise in reliability modeling, reliability testing, reliability calculating and failure analysis
• Strong ability to connect test data, field data, and engineering judgment to drive data-based reliability decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor/Master's degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics)
• Reliability Engineering training from ASQ, TUV, Reliasoft or equivalent
