Job Description
As a Design-for-Reliability Engineer at TE Connectivity, you will play a key role in designing products for high-speed communications and connectivity within datacenters and wireless infrastructure. You will collaborate with development teams, customers, and internal teams to develop reliability plans and evaluate product reliability through testing and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics)
- 5+ years of Experience in all aspects of reliability engineering for automotive electronic or mechatronics products
- Knowledge on FIT estimation methodology, statistical analysis for reliability calculation, and reliability tools
- Reliability Engineering training from ASQ, TUV, Reliasoft or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with management, stakeholders, and cross functional teams
