
Job description
TE Connectivity's Quality and Reliability Engineers analyze product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements. They design, recommend revisions, and install quality control systems, and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.
Provide root cause analysis and corrective action communications to customers, utilize formal problem solving techniques to resolve product and process related issues, lead cross functional teams, and evaluate customer requirements during order processing.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience in the industry, and strong problem solving skills. They will also have excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as experience leading problem solving teams and utilizing problem solving tools.
