Job Description
The position is responsible for production and quality with focus on productivity, ensuring 5S+1 level at all times and maintaining shop discipline. Coordinate with operators and engineers to implement TE Operating Advantage tools and drive the TE Operating Advantage culture in shop floor.
Requirements
- Review and update Competency Level for Technicians and Operators
- Ensure work practices and compliance to work safety protocols at all times
- Drive TE Operating Advantage culture in shop floor
- Implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Manage the performance of the team to meet or exceed targets
- Possess working knowledge of SAP, especially related to material movement, production order confirmations, and inventory accuracy
