Job Description
Job Description: The SUPV III HR PARTNER will manage talent management activities, implement organizational development programs, and supervise a team of talent management professionals. Key responsibilities include assessing and implementing programs, evaluating effectiveness, providing guidance to employees and managers, developing training content, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment
- Typically requires minimum 3+ years of professional working experience in Talent Management
- Demonstrated success facilitating programs in a classroom and/or virtual environment
- Experience in managing comprehensive learning and development programs from end to end
- Breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields
- Proficiency in English
