The Maintenance Tooling and Forms Manager is responsible for leading a team of experienced toolmakers and ensuring the flawless operation of press and injection molding tools. The position requires technical expertise, efficient planning, and leadership to minimize downtime and optimize production.

Requirements

• Leading and developing the maintenance tooling and forms team
• Ensuring the repair, maintenance, and optimization of press, injection molding, and other manufacturing tools
• Actively participating in repairs, diagnostics, and technological processes
• Planning maintenance strategy to minimize downtime
• Introducing standards, methodologies, and principles of continuous improvement
• Closely cooperating with production, technology, and quality
• Organizing the course of repairs, accidents, and monitoring the condition of machines and equipment
• Ensuring precise technical documentation, OSH, and 5S+1
