We're seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to manage a team of Support Workers providing high-quality care services to home-based clients in the Thames area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Health and Disability sector / Home and Community Support Services
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
- Excellent Administration and communication skills
