Job Description
Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. As a BCBA-owned organization, they offer a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to care. The successful candidate will facilitate a team approach to treatment, train and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and implement and monitor data collection. They will also work closely with SLPs and OTs onsite and participate in clinic events.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in a Behavior related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Experience in a clinical treatment setting preferred
