Job Description
Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The RBT will follow behavior intervention plans and help patients develop communication, motor skills, and independence.
Requirements
- 1:1 therapy services within a clinic-based environment
- Data collection and clinical documentation
- Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Communication with clinical management and families
- Daily living skills assistance
- HIPAA compliance
- Behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
