Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping families with autism thrive and has a completed High School Diploma or GED.
Requirements
- Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
- Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
- Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
- Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
