Job Description
Therapy & Beyond is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Requirements
- Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
- Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
- Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
- Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
- Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
- Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
- Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
