Requirements

• Provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
