Job Description
The Nurse will provide medical consultation to Teaching Family Homes staff members regarding the medical safety and well-being of youth in care. This involves conducting vital signs, documenting youth health, making follow-up assessments, providing medication consultation, and offering recommendations for treatment goals and strategies. The nurse will also operate the program adhering to state and agency guidelines.
Requirements
- Meet qualifications as a licensed registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Michigan driver’s license and good driving record.
