Leasing Agent

As a Leasing Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in helping fill vacancies quickly and bring great residents into our communities. You'll work directly with prospective tenants, showcase available properties, and guide them through the leasing process.

Requirements

• Respond quickly to inbound leasing inquiries
• Contact prospective tenants via phone, text, and email
• Pre-screen applicants for qualification
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Sell the apartment and guide prospects through the application process
• Follow up consistently with prospects until they apply or decline
• Convert property showings into signed leases
• Use AppFolio to manage guest cards, follow-ups, and applications
• Document feedback from prospects and communicate updates to the Property Manager
• Ensure units are show-ready and presentable for tours

Benefits

• Base pay + commission
• Biweekly base pay: $600
• Commission: $1,000 per rented apartment after the resident successfully moves in
