Job Description
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large institutional construction projects.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Participate in tender closings and bid submissions
- Conduct risk analysis and value engineering exercises
- Prepare budgets during pre-construction phases
- Collaborate with Project Managers during handover
