Operations Supervisor

Team Global Express is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team based in Karawatha on Brisbane's Southside. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily linehaul operations to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and on-time freight movements across our network.

Requirements

• Experience supervising or coordinating linehaul or heavy vehicle transport operations in Australia
• Ability to manage time-critical transport schedules and network operations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly during operational disruptions
• Understanding of fleet utilisation, cost control, and transport performance measures
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage drivers, depots, and stakeholders
• Computer literacy, including experience with transport or fleet management systems
• High level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail
