Team Global Express is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Altona North Depot. The role involves managing teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across the branch.
Requirements
- Experience in transport, logistics or a fast-paced operational environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Good communication and people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure
- Basic computer skills and experience using operational systems
