Job Description
TEAM is seeking a Trainee Technical Support Engineer to join their team and provide first-class IT services for their ProStoreĀ® system. The role involves supporting and developing expertise in ProStoreĀ® system installations, configuration, and commissioning. The trainee will monitor databases, perform migrations, and handle technical incidents, working closely with colleagues and other departments.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification through professional experience
- Analytical thinking skills
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- Fluent in German and English
