Technical IT Support Engineer (m/w/d) - Second Level responsible for second level support, analyzing complex disruptions, and developing sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Completed IT training (HTL, IT apprenticeship) or in-depth experience in support/system administration
- Knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Linux/Windows), networks, databases, and cluster technologies
- Basic knowledge of IT security or willingness to develop it further
- Analytical ability, communication strength, and a structured work style
- Mastering German and English at least on B2 level
- Experience with ITSM tools and ticket systems is a plus
