Team Rubicon is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify, cultivate, and close new corporate and foundation partnership opportunities to support TR’s financial and programmatic goals.
Requirements
- Proactively source, qualify, and close new corporate and foundation partnership opportunities
- Research, build, and manage a pipeline of new business leads
- Qualify and vet inbound donor and partnership inquiries
- Develop customized pitch materials and proposal decks
- Negotiate, craft, interpret and enforce legally binding contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape partnership opportunities
- Stay informed on trends in corporate social responsibility and institutional philanthropy
- Represent TR at networking events and industry forums
