Job Description
TeamBuilders Employment and Business Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Sanitation Lead to join a local Food Processing company in the Fresno, CA area. The Sanitation Lead will provide leadership support, ensure the food processing facility and production line equipment is cleaned and sanitized nightly, and perform inspections of equipment.
Requirements
- Lead, train, schedule and evaluate the work of Sanitation staff
- Plan and organize departmental goals
- Clean heavy-duty food processing machinery and facility
- Communicate with Production Manager, Operations Manager, and other department supervisors
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP principles, and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) policies
