Sanitation Lead

The Sanitation Lead will coordinate and lead the activities of the sanitation team to ensure a sanitary environment for the production of safe and high-quality food products.

Requirements

• Coordinate and lead sanitation team
• Implement change to maintain and improve department objectives
• Inspect work and materials to detect unsatisfactory work or defects
• Monitor and maintain sanitation efficiency
• Adhere to sanitation commitment to clean plants and deliver to production
• Lead daily meetings for department employees
• Manage and execute directives
• Mentor subordinates and report issues that contribute to inability to execute KPI
