Application Support Analyst

Support our client's customers, investigate reported issues, provide training and implement software corrections, and manage client requests. Work alongside developers to make the solution problem-free before release to clients. Provide user and implementation support, communicate with clients and programmers, and document user training videos and knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Provide user and implementation support to customers, partners or staff to facilitate better operation of the client's products
• Identify urgent and priority support, and escalate appropriately as/when required
• Create and record user training videos
• Run group or individual training sessions to a high professional level
• Document user documentation, the knowledge Bases, and user help
• Log and manage incoming support requests
• Research and identify issues reported by customers, providing training as needed
