Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team, providing technical assistance to clients and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Can accommodate working on site (Quezon Avenue, QC)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience as a technical support representative
• Familiarity with Contactless payments (ATMs and Cash Express machines)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
