Our Service Department has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Service Advisor to join our TEC team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment.
Requirements
- Compete inspections of customer equipment, document information, and use inspection sheet to document thorough information about the vehicle’s service needs.
- Understand the work that needs to be done to the vehicle and address specific customer concerns.
- Communicate with customer throughout the repair and payment process to create an overall positive experience for our customer.
- Use the dealer management system to open and manage work orders and ensure efficient work flow and completion of work orders.
- Answer phones and greet customers with professional and welcoming tone. Provide top notch customer service to all customers (by phone, in person, email, etc).
- Keep track of status of all trucks in the shop and provide customers with updates according to their preferred method of communication.
