Senior Technical Recruiter (OnSite)

As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier technology talent to join our team. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and create a recruiting strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.
• 2+ years experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• 2+ years experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier technology talent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
