Job Description
The Contract Specialist will be the liaison between wholesalers, distributors and Innovatix/Essensa sales reps to ensure that customers are eligible to access contract pricing, attached to contracts and paying the correct contract price.
Requirements
- Resolve ongoing attachment and pricing issues for customers
- Establish and build relationships with contracted wholesalers, distributors and vendors
- Audit member's purchases through wholesalers/distributors
- Confirm attachment for new and existing customers to contract portoflios through wholesalers and distributors
- Maintain customer eligibility in proprietary data management systems
