Service Activation Tech II

Job Title: Service Activation Tech II. Project Duration: 12 Months. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex routing issues, interacting with customers and internal departments, and resolving installation and fulfillment issues.

Requirements

• Data Core networking experience
• Knowledge in routing protocols (BGP, ERGIP, OSPF, etc.)
• General routing and switching experience.
• Cisco GSR experience
• Cisco and Adtran IAD experience
• Firewall experience (Fortinet a plus)
• Must have a positive working attitude, strong technical aptitude, and have the ability to lead by example.
