Job Description
Support IT Service Management applications, focusing on development/customization and maintenance for BMC Remedy and Service Now.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience with BMC Remedy development, design, administration, and troubleshooting
- 1 year experience with Service Now development, design, administration, and troubleshooting
