Job Description
We are looking for a highly proficient and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Leader, this role is crucial in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of innovative Web3 blockchain payment solutions that meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business needs and technical requirements for blockchain payment solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a key technical liaison for customers, building trust and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Translation to Technical Requirements: Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Documents, use cases, workflows, process diagrams).
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about Web3 and blockchain payment trends to guide decision-making and contribute to innovative solutions.
