Job Description
Software Support Engineer to provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat, and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues related to Spintly hardware and software products.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E or equivalent in / Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Computer science.
- Strong interest and knowledge of electronics hardware, wiring and basic concepts.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.
