The Talent Development and Management Advisor is responsible for maximizing the value of Talent and enhancing the efficiency of the Bank by building a workforce ready for the future, high performance and high engagement, supporting and driving the Bank to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or related fields
- Professional certifications from CIPD, SHRM, ATD and other reputable HR organizations
- At least 15 years of experience in Organization Design, Talent Development, Performance Management, Training and Development
- Management experience
- Knowledge of banking services, fintech/startups
- Experience in designing guidelines, building employer brands, change management frameworks and organizational design methodologies
- Experience in analyzing talent and developing workforce planning to support organizational design
- Many years of experience in training, counseling and consulting
- Commercial English language proficiency standard as required for the role
