Job Description
The Director of Talent Development will work with various stakeholders to develop a comprehensive development plan, identify needs, design and develop talent development solutions, and implement training and talent development programs for frontline staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above in Finance, Banking, International Trade, Economics or related fields
- English proficiency: Level 4 (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
- At least 12 years of experience in the banking industry, of which at least 6 years in a management position
- Experience using VP software, financial banking software, etc.
