BEDP Plantation Specialist

Design plantation layouts, implement strategies to maximize palm yield, and conduct soil tests to maintain soil fertility and nutrient levels. Ensure the plantation adheres to industry certifications and best practices for sustainable palm production.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agroecology, Plantation Management, Agricultural Technology, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.3
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plantation nursery and plantation management
• Strong data analysis skills
• Project management skills
• Physical stamina to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Technical literacy in MS Excel, MS Power BI or Tableau, GIS, and social media
• Leadership and communication skills
