BEDP Plantation Specialist

Design plantation layouts for optimal use of space, sun exposure, and water resources. Implement strategies to maximize cocoa yield, including soil enrichment, crop rotation, and pest management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Agronomy, Agroecology, Plantation Management, Agricultural Technology or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plantation nursery and plantation management
• Strong data analysis skills
• Project management skills
• Physical stamina
• Tech literacy (MS Excel, MS Power BI or Tableau, Ms. Office, Social Media & Basic Content Creation, GIS (Geographic Information System))
