HVAC Chiller Technician

Commercial HVAC Technician II required to perform advanced-level maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization of HVAC systems, including multi-ton chillers. Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC principles and ability to diagnose and correct malfunctions. Current Licensed Journeyman with EPA Certification required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of advanced experience in the maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of commercial heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Journeyman License
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• HVAC training or equivalent
• Regular, dependable attendance required
• OVERTIME- Available evenings & weekends
• Valid driver’s license compliant with REAL ID Act or are you willing and able to obtain one
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain access to military installations
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Use of hands, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and walking
• Prolonged periods of sitting, bending, squatting, standing, twisting, or stooping
• Climbing ladders and entering confined spaces
• Work both indoors and outdoors in various temperatures (some extreme) and weather conditions
