As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client specifically the Department of War (Department of Defense), you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Work in a team environment to research, analyze, prepare, and deliver high quality, on-time deliverables to clients
• Earn client trust through completion of tasks and deliverables that support client outcomes and decision-making
• Understand and write functional requirements, map processes, briefings, and job aids
• Execute administrative and office management tasks as needed to progress client objectives
• Independently manage time to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team effort
• Take advantage of learning opportunities beyond specialty
• Develop general knowledge, skills, and abilities within project Capability Areas
• Learn to participate in Technical Assent’s consulting approaches and methods
• Contribute to organizational capability by building reusable process assets, templates, and tools that improve the consistency of our services
• Support business development by playing an active role in researching customer needs, competitive environment, and actively supporting proposal efforts
• Maintain professional demeanor that is consistent with Technical Assent core values at all times
