Job Description
HGV Mechanics / Mechanical Fitter Technicians / Electrical Fitters required in Stockport to work on the assembly process of the Boxer. The role involves working in a team, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines, and requires flexibility to work alternative shift patterns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic / Mechanical or Electrical Fitter
- HGV Mechanic Certification City and Guilds / NVQ or relevant Electrical Qualification
- Level 3 Diploma in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (desirable)
- Vehicle assembly or maintenance experience
- Understanding of technical documents
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Understanding of quality, safety, and environmental systems and processes
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations
