Job Description
This is a decision making position with responsibilities that include the daily Leadership of personnel and processes. The decisions made in this position should optimize the goals and objectives of the company. Provides leadership to the members of the cell team.
Requirements
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate daily cell functions
- Communicate with shift personnel
- Implement Company policy and procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems
- Develop a team spirit with employees
- Maintain setup sheets and logging process changes
- Perform process setup and adjustments
- Direct employees and contract personnel
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure product quality
- Input and accuracy of cell production data
- Perform in-process data verification and documentation
- Perform daily machine, mold and auxiliary equipment preventative maintenance
- Perform light maintenance on equipment
