Data Centre Engineer - Level 2

We are seeking multiple Level 2 Data Centre Engineers to support ongoing operations at our customers data centre, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, break-fix and maintenance of high-performance datacentre systems.

Requirements

• Deliver advanced smart hands support across the clients data centre environments, including complex racking, stacking, structured cabling, hardware lifecycle tasks, and on-site diagnostics.
• Independently execute and oversee technical migration, installation, and engineering engagements to a high standard.
• Collaborate closely with Consultancy, Project/Programme Management, and customer technical teams to lead onsite execution under defined project structures.
• Support documentation creation including LLDs, runbooks, test plans, rack plans, and post-engagement reports.
• Execute site surveys, assess infrastructure readiness, and provide technical input into Statements of Work.
• Champion safety standards, including correct lifting practices, ESD handling, power safety, and risk identification.
