Job Description
The Assistant General Manager-HRIS serves as the operational right hand to the Global HRIS Director, ensuring seamless execution, governance, and stability of all HRIS-related services delivered through Global Business Services (GBS). The primary responsibility of the position is to partner with various stakeholders such as Shared Service, IDS, Finance and COE’s.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in People systems, with at least 8 years in a management or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience operating within a global matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across regions and product domains
- Deep functional and operational experience with SAP Successfactors is essential.
- Experience managing offshore or shared services teams
