Legal Counsel, Commercial and Contracts

This position involves analyzing the legal aspects of bidding processes and group contracts to ensure the legal viability of operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of contracts experience, including 2-3 years in the oil and gas industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years contracts experience
• 2-3 years experience in the oil and gas industry
• Fluent in both written and oral English language
• General familiarity with standard legal concepts and procedures
• Thorough understanding of contractual principles
• Strong presentation and negotiation ability
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
