Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with specialized expertise in cable and connector systems for offshore wind. The ideal candidate will lead engineering, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage cable/connector systems, including termination, diagnostics, and repair.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering
• Strong offshore wind experience with connectors, termination, and testing
• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), European Engineer (EUR ING) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of IEC, IEEE, ISO and CIGRÉ standards
• Offshore installation experience (offshore wind is a plus)
• Willingness to travel offshore and internationally
• Strong analytical skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams distributed across multiple geographies
