We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow) to join our team at Technitask. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with our clients to discover and define business problems, then collaborate with them to implement people, process, and technology solutions to realize benefits across the business.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in information technology management, business management, or related fields
- At least 5 years of work-related experience
- Experience supporting or administering the ServiceNow platform, especially Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation in good standing with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
