Join TechnologyAdvice as a trusted Legal Counsel and key advisor to the Founder & CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders. Oversee and manage all legal matters across the businesses, ensuring seamless operations and driving long-term success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of legal experience in law firms or in-house roles
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts with strong expertise in employment law, M&A, litigation, and compliance
- Knowledgeable in global compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements with the ability to guide leadership through complex legal landscapes
- Reside in or are willing to relocate to Nashville, Tennessee
