Paid Social Specialist (Contract)

We are a remote-first company that helps B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our Paid Media team and focus on building, managing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience building and managing paid social campaigns, specifically within Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets (ideally $50K–$100K+ per month) and optimizing toward performance metrics such as ROAS and revenue.
• Strong working knowledge of paid social campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, targeting, ads) and optimization levers, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
